"I really like statefarm and the original office staff this location had were absolutely the best. I have had them for years. Recently there have been a couple of male employees answer the phone and I think they struggle to communicate from a customer service standpoint. I was asked to “please give the vin phonetically” I assumed he was ready as he asked. I started to give the number and he stopped me as said he wasn’t ready. This doesn’t make sense. Why ask for the number if you’re not ready?
Next he asked about a primary address. I stated yes that’s the address but it’s not my primary. He stated ,But that’s what the profile says, I acknowledge that with the aforementioned “yes” that began my sentence. I then asked if I could speak to another person.
He stated, “may I ask why?”
I stated, “ because I feel like you struggle to communicate, respectfully”.
He states “well I’m not going to respond to
That” umm I didn’t ask for a response I answered the question that HE asked.
He then said he would have someone call me back and promptly hung up. What is wrong with people nowadays. Looking for a new statefarm agent. I would not recommend this office anymore."

"Cody I am so very very sorry for your experience and those particular employees are no longer employed by my Agency. I realize that it was a bad experience and for that I do apologize. Sometimes, Cody, it can be difficult when someone new is working with my customers. We try diligently to weed out those issues but please understand they are now gone and that issue has been resolved.
I sincerely hope you will give us another chance as we strive to be the best of the best as we have been in the past. I apologize to you and want you to know how much we appreciate you as our customer. In the future if you would please let me or my Office Manger, Jo, know of an issue we can resolve it quickly.

"Would give zero stars if it was an option. Been paying them for over 13 years and service has got worse every year. Any time we actually need them, we are treated as an annoyance. Front desk lady has a terrible attitude"

"I have been with another Insurance for my auto and home for over 20 years. My rates increased so I thought I would check to see if another company was a better fit. Rylee was so helpful and positive. She had everything up and going in less than 30 minutes and she ended up saving us over $350 per month!!! That is crazy!!!
