Unfortunatly, insurance is rated based on your actual location and we, of course, are unable to refund the amount charged by State Farm based on your actual move. We have called you, sent you emails and tried to assist you in understanding the increase both via phone and when you came into the office. We are more than happy to try to help you understand further if you would like to come back into the office we will once again give you a copy of what we wrote out for you on your last visit to the office. We try diligently to try to help our customers understand their bill and other questions they may have. "
